Its getting late

So i'm a little confused he just asked me "do u think you could fall in love with me"? how did i answer that? I said yes I could fall in love with you. I was nervous to say that though. why does he give me butterflies? i thought i liked someone else, I was for sure I found my night and shining armour months ago, sure there was red flags but nobody's perfect, right? but where were the butterflies then?
