Dagger In My Heart
I am not trying to rush the process of grief, its moving along at the speed it should, i guess. But why is it everytime someone we haven't seen in a long time mentions him I get the lump in my throat all over again? or the racing heart? its like i'm hearing it all over again when a unfamiliar person mentions him. Just something I just experienced.

Sorry J I don't think that will ever go away. Even when u are OK with it, they are always so shocked that they bring you down with them. At some point it gets easier, but never goes away. Don't fight it, take it as an opportunity to access a good memory not a tramatic one.
